The Full Story
Born to a family that appreciates food immensely, in a region that celebrates produce and hospitality, helped me develop a real passion for cooking and hosting. I followed my dream to the south of France where I attended culinary school, and later opened my own restaurant in Toronto. It was bittersweet leaving Canada specially that I've seen a lot of support, love and success there, but my heart needed to be closer to my home, to the land and to family. Now I'm pursuing a series of pop dinners through out the region starting with Amman & Dubai
